Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the website, account, interfaces, AI tools, and other VATRA features. They apply together with the Public Offer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

If these Terms of Use conflict with the Public Offer regarding payment, subscription, refunds, or liability of the parties, the Public Offer prevails.

The User is responsible for the accuracy of account data, password security, email access, and all actions performed through the account. The User must not transfer the account to third parties, bypass limits, create technical abuse, or use the Platform in a way that may harm its operation.

The User is responsible for all texts, photos, videos, product descriptions, links, prompts, and other materials added to VATRA. The User must not upload materials without proper rights or infringe copyrights, trademarks, image rights, trade secrets, or other third-party rights.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or require editing. The User must independently verify facts, legal claims, advertising promises, prices, product properties, copyrights, and compliance with the rules of platforms where the content will be published.

VATRA must not be used for fraud, spam, phishing, illegal advertising, discrimination, harassment, malware creation, bypassing technical restrictions, scraping, infrastructure overload, unauthorized access to data, or any activity that violates the law or rights of others.

VATRA may change the interface, features, limits, AI models, access rules, or individual tools when required for product development, security, technical stability, or legal compliance. Access to certain features may be temporarily limited during updates or maintenance.
