Privacy Policy
This page defines how VATRA collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares User data.
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, processing, using, storing, and protecting personal data and other information of Users when they use the VATRA website, platform, accounts, AI tools, and related services (the “Platform” or “VATRA”).
By using the Platform or creating an account, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with any provision of this Policy, the User must stop using the Platform. VATRA may update, amend, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on this page, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Policy.
2. Information we collect
VATRA may collect and process the following categories of information: account and contact data, including email address, name, avatar, authentication data, and support messages; business and product data, including descriptions, photos, links, texts, product details, brand information, and other materials uploaded by the User; AI interaction data, including prompts, generated outputs, settings, adaptation history, and workspace activity; technical data, including IP address, device information, browser version, operating system, time zone, cookies, log data, page views, clicks, and other usage events collected automatically.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and relevance of the data provided. We strongly recommend that Users do not upload passwords, payment card details, sensitive documents, trade secrets, or information that is not necessary for using the Platform.
3. How we use information
Collected information is used to provide and maintain access to VATRA services, create and secure User accounts, save workspace settings, process content and AI requests, generate and adapt content to User needs, provide support, process payments where applicable, prevent fraud and technical abuse, analyze performance, improve Platform quality, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.
4. Sharing with third parties
VATRA does not sell, rent, or disclose User personal data to third parties for their independent commercial use. We may share information with trusted service providers only to the extent necessary for Platform operation, including hosting providers, database and storage services, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics tools, email providers, security tools, and technical infrastructure vendors.
Information may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by applicable law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or legitimate interests of VATRA, Users, or third parties.
5. Data security and retention
VATRA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect User information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and VATRA cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, ensure security, and support legitimate business operations. Some data may remain in backups, logs, or technical records for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
6. User rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, Users may have the right to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of certain data, restriction or objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be sent to support@vatra.ai from the email address connected to the account.
VATRA may need to verify the identity of the requester before fulfilling a request. Some requests may be limited where retaining information is necessary for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Platform may use cookies, local storage, analytics technologies, and similar tools to keep Users signed in, remember language and interface settings, improve performance, understand usage patterns, detect abuse, and improve the Platform. Users may restrict cookies through browser settings, but some Platform features may stop working correctly.
